Fill in the information on the application.  If the application requires you to list potential placement sites, please see Current Field Sites.

Field applications along with your check or money order MUST be turned in to the School of Social Work receptionist in room 1242 Urban Life.

We begin to accept completed field applications in January and continue until the deadline date.
