Georgia State University is teaming up with ING to help sponsor the first annual Georgia Marathon! The Institute of Public Health and School of Health Professions in the College of Health and Human Sciences at Georgia State University, in partnership with the ING Georgia Marathon, is conducting an on-line (internet-based) survey among registered participants in the March 25th 2007 ING Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon.  Runners, walkers and wheelchair participants will be asked questions regarding day-to-day training, race preparation, and race-day performance including potential environmental exposures, motivations, and training practices, such as those related to nutrition.  Please visit the Georgia Marathon at http://www.georgiamarathon.com.

Lynda T. Goodfellow, EdD., RRT, FAARC is currently working with increasing asthma education. She is one of the program directors for the 8th Annual Advanced Course in Mechanical Ventilation and Airway Management.
