Prospective Students

The Georgia State University College of Health and Human Sciences graduates health care, public health, and social service professionals in areas critical to both the nation and Georgia’s urban and rural communities. The college offers students hands-on experience to build confidence in their skills. Most majors require clinical experience, internships or field experience, and/or a project or thesis prior to graduation. Typically, our graduates quickly find jobs in their field following graduation, often with the same organization with which they served an internship or clinical experience.

Since opening its doors in 1968, the college has produced over 10,200 health care, public health, and social service professionals.
