Students in the M.S. in Health Sciences degree program with a concentration in nutrition choose one of three options for a capstone project, including a research thesis, a master's project, or a portfolio. For the portfolio option students learn web design skills and develop and orally present an electronic portfolio as part of their requirements for graduation. Below are examples of student portfolios.
