Here is your opportunity to make a difference while showing your support for the Division of Nutrition! By making a tax deductible donation to the department's scholarships, outreach opportunities, and research programs, you will help ensure that our department continues to provide a meaningful and professional experience for our students. By using the links below you can chose to send your gift quickly and easily using our online donation form or, if you prefer, you may complete the printable version and send it, along with your gift, via regular mail.
Online Donation Instructions:
1. Open the donation form by clicking on the link above.
2. Choose the "College of Health and Human Sciences" as your gift designation.
3. Type in "Nutrition Foundation" or "Nutrition Scholarship" in the "Other" box.
4. Complete the rest of the form as specified in the instructions.
Download and Printing Instructions:
1. Click your right mouse button on the PDF file link.
2. If you receive a prompt which has multiple selections, choose "SAVE FILE."
3. Choose a location and save the file.
4. Open the downloaded file in Acrobat Reader.
5. Click on the printer icon to print the document.
