Comments from the Professor

Today's fast paced society has created new challenges and opportunities for nutrition professionals. I particularly enjoy exploring psychological and social factors that impact food selection decisions and designing nutrition interventions that facilitate the public's ability to choose and maintain healthier food choices and lifestyles. Nutrition intervention work offers me the opportunity to express my creativity while also staying abreast of the latest scientific advances in nutrition.
