Kaiser Permanente is pleased to announce the Kaiser Permanente Bridge Program.

Students eligible for the program include:

Current students enrolled in one of the following programs:

  • Criminal Justice (BS and MS students)
  • Nursing (accepted into the nursing program, not pre-nursing students)
  • Nutrition (accepted into the program, not pre-nutrition students)
  • Respiratory Therapy (accepted into the program, not pre-RT students)
  • Physical Therapy (accepted into the DPT program)
  • Public Health (MS students)
  • Social Work (BS and MS students)

Requirements for eligibility include:

  • an income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level
  • completion an application
  • completion of the attestation form with university designee's signature

Please follow these steps to learn more and/or to apply to for the program:

  1. Review the Instruction Sheet and Flyer about The Kaiser Permanente Bridge Program
  2. Complete the Kaiser Permanente Bridge program application
  3. Attach all supporting documentation to the application.
  4. Have an authorized Georgia State University person sign off on your attestation form.
  5. Mail the attestation form, completed application and supporting financial documentation to:
